Days 01. BALI-BANYUWANGI (L)

Departure from Bali in the morning drive to Banyuwangi, passing the beautiful southern Bali. Arrive at Gilimanuk Harbour crossing to Ketapang by Ferry about 45 minutes .Lunch will be served at a local restaurant and check in hotel. Then afternoon to visit local market, Chinese Temple and try to experience pedicab ride to see the city. Overnight at hotel in Banyuwangi. (L,D)

Day 02. BANYUWANGI -MT. IJEN BLUE FLAME –SUN RISE –BALI (B,L)

Nearly midnight , we drive up to the starting poin by 4 WD vehicle to Paltuding the Park Ranger’s post, before hiking further up the slope of the crater. About one hour and a half is needed to ascend the rim of the crater a long a shady track with amazing views. Take a rest on the edge of the crater at 2883 m altitude. The sulfuric colors over the surrounding walls give an Apocalyptic like impression. The view is stunning and the Blue flame can be seen only at the dark before the sun rise. Men seeking sulfur descend into the crater and climb back up along the dangerous rim with loads of up to 80 kilos on their shoulders .the crater observation will take place at leisure . Afterwards drive back down to Banyuwangi. Lunch will be provided in local restaurant, then cross by ferry to Gilimanuk and proceed driving to Bali arrive at your hotel in evening.
